Hi everyone there have been a lot
of requests for this awesome recipe. Please pass it on to the

1- 29 oz can cut yams, Drained and mashed
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 regular-size yellow cake mix (dry)
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine first six
ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 9x13 inch greased cake pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Cover with pecans. Pour on melted butter.
Bake for approximately 1 hour. Cool. Serve with whipped topping if you
like. Make 15-20 servings
